Equipment USE

.  Under the condition of saturated steam, the operating temperature is 102 to 106℃, and the fixation is performed for the active dyes of the fabrics such as cotton, viscose, etc.

.  Under the condition of saturated steam, the operating temperature is 102 to 106℃, and the fixation is performed fof the acid dyes of the fabrics such as nylon, silk, etc.

. Under the condition of high temperature technology, the operating temperature is 160 to 190℃, and the fixation is performed for the scattered dyes of the fabrics such as chemical fiber, etc.

. Under the condition of hot air baking technology, the operating temperature is 100 to 190℃, and the fixation is performed for the paint of the fabrics such as cotton, etc.

 

Technical Features

Equipment Components

   

1.CONTINUOUS RING FORMATION DEVICE-FASTER (NATIONAL INVENTION PATENT)
· The speed is faster, and the maximum machine speed can be 80m/min.
· The ring formation is more stable.
· The equipment is operated more stable to avoid the threat for the stability of the mechanical structure caused by the previous interstitial operation.
· Service life of main parts is prolonged.
· Continuous loop formation shortens the production time, improves the production efficiency, and increases the yield. The most important thing is that it reduces the use cost of the customer greatly.

2.   FAN BLOWING RING DEVICE (NATIONAL INVENTION PATENT)
· It uses less energy and power, and without water vapor connection outside. The circle has been formed by using air circle in the box completely. Moreover, it has been completed through pumping air in the box and blowing air into the pipe by high pressure machine inside the box. Blowing circle pressure depends on frequency conversion-safety convenience and rapidity.
· The most important thing is to solve a big problem of the customers: big energy consuming and high cost. Design of this structure has the advantage of zero consuming in forming circle.


   

3. GATHERING RING INSPECTION DEVICE OF CLOTH-HANGING ROLLER
. Effective application of the structure is capable of reducing the fault of different heights of the cloth hanging rollers due to the difference on the processing accuracy of the large ring formation crankshaft. 		4. LOW TEMPERATURE WETTING APPARATUS
· Each room is provided with independent temperature control system and the control temperature is provided with relative stability.
· Precision of temperature control (±1%) ℃
· Each group of circulator is provided with four nozzles for spraying, so  as to control the temperature and humidity in the box better.
· Unique wetting device is capable of cooling fast and providing enough humidity to interior of the box, and completing the cleaning for the nozzles under the condition of no stopping, so that the control for the control for the temperature and humidity in the box will be more stable.
· Portable water storage device brings great help to the rationality of site installation.
 
5. NATURAL GAS ENERGY SUPPLY DEVICE (PROVIDING MODE OF NOVEL ENERGY)
CORE ADVANTAGE (APPLYING FOR PATENT)
· Advantages for supply mode of novel energy: The hot air generated by the combustion of the natural gas is circulated to the equipment by a low voltage centrifugal fan located on the combustion furnace.
· In case of the circulation in the box, the fan with low circulation volume is installed in the box, and the cold-hot exchange space of the hot air energy in the box is greatly improved in the action of the fan with low circulation volume.
· Along with the hot energy consumption of the circulating air temperature, a part of consumed hot air in the box will be absorbed into the furnace again by the return air on the furnace outside of the box in time for combustion again. The hot source provided from outside of the box can be utilized fully under the circulation condition of not stopping the dynamic hot energy of cold-hot exchange, so that the energy consumption is reduced greatly.
